Site Construction Continues!
We are excited to see Carolina Coastal Motorcoach taking shape as construction continues to move forward. Storm water installation should be complete at the end of February. Once that is finished then crews will begin underground utility construction. The entrance road and curbing will begin in the next week or two. We have completed plans for Clubhouse/Amenity Center and they are awaiting permitting.

As many of you know, we recently embarked on an exciting journey through Florida to showcase our remarkable new motorcoach resort, located right on the stunning coast of North Carolina. For over 19 years, we've proudly participated in the Tampa RV Supershow at the Florida State Fairgrounds, and this year was no exception, drawing enthusiasm and connections from fellow RV lovers. We were thrilled to also experience the Prevost Plus show at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, where the atmosphere truly embodied the spirit of the motorcoach experience.
It was exciting to hear visitor’s reaction to our location. North Carolina is a prime recreation and retirement location. With warm year round temperatures and authentic coastal living, Carolina Coastal Motorcoach offers unique ownership opportunity for full time, seasonal and snowbirds. Do you love live shows and special events? This is the coastal epicenter for you. North Myrtle Beach Events have a variety of entertainment events, especially if you like live variety shows! The Alabama Theatre and Carolina Theatre are just 30 miles away from Carolina Coastal Motorcoach resort. Is Broadway your thing? Then head to Wilmington at the Wilson Community Theatre. Mama Mia, Kinky Boots, Six - so much fun and so close by.

The resort will offer 90+ lots centered around a crystal clear 17-acre lake.
