We have officially broken ground!

Our crews have been out there pushing dirt and shaping the land since early summer. We couldn’t be more excited to bring this vision to life.

The resort will offer 90+ lots centered around a crystal clear 17-acre lake. The clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts will anchor a vibrant motorcoach community like the Poole’s have been creating since 2007. The oversized lots allow you to design your pad and living space for year-round living. Owners will also have the option to add a one bedroom casita.

This coastal Carolina location provides you the beach life while offering moderate winter temperatures. Carolina Coastal Motorcoach resort needs to be on your must see list next spring.

We’re offering you the chance to reserve a lot at the resort. By joining our reservation list, you’ll secure priority access when the contracting process opens. We anticipate infrastructure to be completed spring 2026.

To join the reservation list and secure your place in lot selection email b.poole@carolinacoastalresort.com or call Barry at 919-724-1957 for more details.
